Years ago no any foreign company was ready to invest in India; but now time has changed and many foreign companies are investing in India. India has emerged on top of the foreign direct investment league table, overtaking china and the US. A ranking of the top destinations for Greenfield investment in the first of 2015 shows India at number one, having attracted roughly $3 billion more than china and $4 billion more than the US, according to the financial times newspaper. Investors have started taking interest in the India growth story. India’s growth is expected to be the fastest among large economies.  

According to The Times of India, During April-June this year, FDI into country grew 31%. Google is planning to invest Rs1500 crore in a new campus in Hyderabad. CISCO will invest $2 billion and it will also invest additional $60 million in India on training and facility expansion.  Microsoft Corporation plans to establish three data centres in India with an investment of Rs1400 crore. Uber Technologies plans to invest $1 billion in India as it expands service beyond 18 cities in India in which it operates. Uber is investing $50 million in Hyderabad over the next five years to establish a facility that will be its biggest international office.  General Motors is planning to invest Rs6400 crore in India. It also plans for a multiple-fold jump in exports from India. It could add 12000 new jobs to GM India and its suppliers. Mars plans to invest about $160 million in a manufacturing plant in Pune. Some of the key chocolate brands such as Snickers and Galaxy will soon be produced in India. Johnson and Johnson’s biggest manufacturing facility in India is set to come up in Telangana with an investment of Rs4000 crore. Coming up on 48 acres, the plant will be operational from 2016 and will employ 1500 people. Hilliard Energy plans to invest $600 million to set up 500MW solar and 150MW wind energy projects in Andhra Pradesh. 

The number of new rich in India will almost double over the next five years, posting the fastest growth of 47%, a latest study says. In comparison, the number of such individuals with a wealth of over $100000 will grow 7% globally and 10% in Asia by 2020, the study says. Self-made individuals who are either salaried, self-employed professionals or entrepreneurs in new age-startups are expected to be close to five crore and the total value of their financial assets is expected to be $879 billion in 2020- almost double of what it was a decade ago.

Shop owners are now planning innovative steps to improve the way people shop at their stores. They are positive the new malls coming up on its fringes will help raise footfall in their stores. E-commerce has made it a big challenge for retailers to sell from the stores. Buyers come, check out products and then order online. So they have to find innovative ways to keep their clothes and shoes relevant. Lots of good shops have shut down.

Due to fastest upgraded technology and information life has become too easier.  There is no need to go to market for shopping or to book ticket. You can buy or sell any product or services by siting at your home at any time in anywhere in the world. You can buy cloths, fruits, vegetables, books, electronics products, toys or movie/railway/air tickets online. Even you can find bride or groom online. There are many online companies which are providing these all facilities like Amazon, Flipkart, Localbanya, Bookmyshow, Paytm, Snapdeal, sadi.com, simplymarry.com, laudrywala.com, Olx etc.  Due to internet every difficult work has become too easier. You can start your business from home or you can do study. In this faster world, the thinking of people is changing. They are thinking faster and different than before. Everything is changing or updating every day. Everyone is fighting to be number one by acquiring more assets, Liabilities, power or in terms of look, style, money, name, fame, glamour etc. years ago, it was too difficult to become famous, popular, rich or powerful; but now anyone can achieve these things easily. It was too difficult to sell any products or services to the person who is seated 1000 km away, but now you need to just post on website like olx, Quikr or suryasolution.com and within hours you will get customers. It was too difficult to raise funds to start any business, but now there are many domestic and international investors are ready to invest. There are many legal and illegal sources are available to earn money today, but few years ago it was not like today. It was too difficult to drive car if you don’t have any, but today you can take car on rent and drive by own for hours. It was too difficult to find any way or place in unknown city if no one is present nearby you;, but today you need to just open google map and search location, you will get the way, distance and time to reach there within few seconds. It Was too difficult to connect always with your friends or relatives who was in foreign country, but now you can continue  due to social media like Facebook, Twitter, Gmail or Google plus. There are many products which were too costly, but now it has become cheaper. There are many things which were too difficult before, but now due to technology, internet, software, new and unique idea or changing world everything has become easier. The lifestyles of people have also changed. Years ago maximum people preferred to do job, but time is changing too fast and now maximum people think to start their own business. In my friends, acquaintances and relatives 95% people are doing job in which 80% wants to start their own business and 10% has already started. Only 5% wants to do job whole life. The 10% who has already started, they all are young and age of less than 30. One of my friends has opened a restaurant few days ago, one of my friends is going to start an NGO, one of my friends started placement service last month, one of my friends is starting BPO and there are many examples who has started and who is going to start. I have also invested in some of my friends’ companies.

Crowdfunding is not new to India. From Dhirubhai Ambani’s then small venture funded by locals to temples being built overnight with donations, India has harnessed crowd power. Startups such as Ketto, BitGiving and wishberry have repackaged this age-old concept with a digital bow. Crowdfunding platforms now cater to a plethora of causes from disaster relief, entrepreneurship, art, individual causes and environmental issues. When Delhi based animal care shelter Friendicoes was on the verge of shutting shop, animal lovers came to their rescue on BitGiving. Friendicoes managed to rope in up to Rs60 lakh. While BitGiving helped the Indian National Hockey Team bag over Rs5 lakh to support their participation in the Asian Championship, Catapooolt helped Anjum Jamsenpa raise Rs24 lakh to break her own record and summit Mt Everest for the fourth time. Punyakoti, an animated film in Sanskrit bagged Rs42 lakh from 300 funders on Wishberry in November 2015. Wishberry has funded 250 projects totaling Rs7 crore with 15,000 backers till date. Experts say the growth of such platforms may lead to a level-playing field in the startup ecosystem.    

When the rains ravaged Chennai, multiple campaigns on ketto raised Rs1.38 crore to date. Ketto, founded by Varun Sheth, Kunal Kapoor and Zaheer Adenwala in September 2012, has raised over Rs10 crore through 4,000-plus campaigns. Several campaigns on ketto are run by Bollywood celebrities like Hrithik Roshan and Abhishek Bachchan. On Ketto, several backers united for heart rendering causes such as a bone-marrow transplant for a young girl in Mumbai which garnered over Rs10 lakh, and rehabilitation of a girl in Kolkata affected by an extreme case of Neurofibromatosis which raised a similar amount.

1. Be proud of what you do. The History of Mahashivaratri

Puranas contain many stories and legends describing the origin of this festival. 

According to one, during the samundra manthan, a pot of poison emerged from the ocean. This terrified the Gods and demons as the poison was capable of destroying the entire world, and they ran to Shiva for help. To protect the world from its evil effects, Shiva drank the deathly poison but held it in his throat instead of swallowing it. This made his throat turn blue, and he was given the name Neelakantha, the blue-throated one. Shivaratri is the celebration of this event by which Shiva saved the world.

According to another legend in the Shiva Purana, once the other two of the triads of Hindu Gods, Brahma and Vishnu, were fighting over who was the superior of the two. Horrified at the intensity of the battle, the other gods asked Shiva to intervene. To make them realize the futility of their fight, Shiva assumed the form of a huge column of fire in between Brahma and Vishnu. Awestruck by its magnitude, they decided to find one end each to establish supremacy over the other. Brahma assumed the form of a swan and went upwards and Vishnu as Varaha went into the earth. But light has no limit and though they searched for thousands of miles, neither could find the end. On his journey upwards, Brahma came across a Ketaki flower wafting down slowly. When asked where she had come from, the Ketaki replied that she had been placed at the top of the fiery column as an offering. Unable to find the uppermost limit, Brahma decided to end his search and take the flower as a witness. At this, the angry Shiva revealed his true form. He punished Brahma for telling a lie, and cursed him that no one would ever pray to him. The Ketaki flower too was banned from being used as an offering for any worship, as she had testified falsely. Since it was on the 14th day in the dark half of the month of Phalguna that Shiva first manifested himself in the form of a Linga, the day is especially auspicious and is celebrated as Mahashivaratri. Worshipping Shiva on this day is believed to bestow one with happiness and prosperity.

she was perfect for me

A few weeks ago, one morning I reached at Pari Chauk, entered into a bus, looked at every seat and found an empty seat near a beautiful girl. I went there and seated beside her. She looked at me for few seconds and started to touch her mobile. I saw at her from top to bottom when she was touching her mobile. She was in jeans and t-shirt which was fit on her body. She was neither fat and nor too thin. She was too beautiful girl and I realized that her age was not more than 18. He was looking like a celebrity.I thought he must be a Bhojpuri actor or singer or like that. when he was on the way of first floor, he smiled to see few security guards, who were standing nearby me. I saw that guards were also smiling and looking happy to see that attractive personality. Now I thought he must be owner of this mall or something like that. He reached near guards and started to talk with them. I surprised to see all guards of that mall reached there withing 5 minutes and started to listen to him carefully. He was walking, standing, smiling and talking like girl. I was standing nearby and tried to listen to him. He was talking about business, family and his busy life. A few minutes later he left that place and I went closer to guards and they were talking about him. I told them- 'I think he is owner of this mall'. one senior guard replied- 'no, he is a make up artist. He always live nearby celebrity ladies. That's why his way of walking and talking is like ladies.' Now, I came to know that how make up artist looks like.   

Fraud consultancy in Delhi NCR

There are many frauds especially in placement service in big city like Delhi. One of my new friends, who is in final year of MBA in NIET College, greater Noida applied for job on shine.com. He received a call for interview. When he reached there, he found that it was a consultancy office. He gave interview and has to give Rs.1500 for job in Noida. After give money he didn't receive any call for interview in company, he didn't get any job and he lost his money. He called in that consultancy to get his money, but they started to make excuses. They took his account number to transfer his money, but they didn't transfer. He called several times but they made excuses every time. When he became my friend a week ago, he shared this story to me. Yesterday, we both went at that office. When we reached there we had to face some difficulties to find out office; because there were 4-5 offices and all were looking the same and there were no any board and sign of any company. When we entered into the office we didn't find any owner or head of that consultancy, only a girl was present there. She asked us to seat and wait. We saw a board of that company on a wall near HR cabin on which the name and address of that company was changed, but office was same. A few minutes later that girl came and asked to write a letter to return money. My friend wrote a letter and that girl wrote her mobile number on that paper and gave date of 18.04.2015. She also told that if you will not get your money on given date you will call to me. When we were coming out from office we saw that a boy and a girl was giving interview. We also saw that a boy seated outside and looking angry. When we reached at road, I told to my friend- ‘this company is fraud, owner and all employees are fraud, and even everything is fraud here. You wait till 18.04.2015, if they will not return your money, then we will take action.’ Now he is working with me in my company and he is more happy, relaxed and comfortable. There are many fraud companies like it. It is only one example, and I have many examples. So, don't believe immediately or go for interview and lost your money and valuable time. firstly you try to know about that consultancy then go for interview. I also run a job consultancy and send candidate for interview, but I don't charge anything before or after interview.
