The word ‘politics’ is everywhere; whether
it is in family, society, relation, friend circle, school, college or at work
place.Politics is played by employees at work place also. Someone plays it to
get promotion, someone to be boss, someone to get incentives, someone to
increase salary or someone to fire someone. Some people don’t work honestly, they
do cheating but they show that they are doing their work honestly. They show
that they are most honest and hardworking employees in front of boss and other
employees. They behave and act like best friend but they are actually enemies.
They are those enemies who seat, eat and work with you and play politics
internally. They suggest you to do work honestly, but they don’t do so.

she was perfect for me
A few weeks ago, one morning I
reached at Pari Chauk, entered into a bus, looked at every seat and found an
empty seat near a beautiful girl. I went there and seated beside her. She
looked at me for few seconds and started to touch her mobile. I saw at her from
top to bottom when she was touching her mobile. She was in jeans and t-shirt
which was fit on her body. She was neither fat and nor too thin. She was too
beautiful girl and I realized that her age was not more than 18. She was too
quite like a small baby. Her hair was
thin, long and smooth and it was coming on her face repeatedly due to fast air
coming from outside. I was seated beside her and she was seated beside window
so her few hairs were coming at my face also. She used to remove her hair from own
face and whenever she did it, she looked at me. Whenever I looked at her I felt
that she is the perfect girl for me and due to this reason I wanted to talk,
but I couldn't do so. I don’t know why? She also wanted to talk to me but she
was not speaking anything because I didn't start to speak. When I was giving
money to ticket conductor, she was seeing my purse. It was a visiting card in
that purse and ‘suryasolution.com’ was written on that. She looked at this name
for few seconds; I think she was trying to read. I also wanted to let her read
so I kept purse in my hand for few minutes, and then I kept it into the pocket.
After came out from bus at botanical garden, I saw that she was coming just
behind me. I turned to catch e-rickshaw and she turned to catch metro. Before
seat into e-rickshaw I moved behind and saw that she turned and looked at me
once and went on. When she went I seated into e-rickshaw
and started to penitent that I must be talk to her because she was perfect for
me. Now I was willing to run, reach at her and share my fillings, but I seated
on, thought on and she went on. Whenever I go near botanical garden I remember
her and think that she was perfect for me.

Two weeks ago, I was in Sab mall situated near my office and waiting for someone. I saw a very smart personality entering into the mall. He was in black boot, jeans, half shirt and black goggle and looking too handsome. He was in clean save and his hair was too long but it was maintained. He was looking like a celebrity.I thought he must be a Bhojpuri actor or singer or like that. when he was on the way of first floor, he smiled to see few security guards, who were standing nearby me. I saw that guards were also smiling and looking happy to see that attractive personality. Now I thought he must be owner of this mall or something like that. He reached near guards and started to talk with them. I surprised to see all guards of that mall reached there withing 5 minutes and started to listen to him carefully. He was walking, standing, smiling and talking like girl. I was standing nearby and tried to listen to him. He was talking about business, family and his busy life. A few minutes later he left that place and I went closer to guards and they were talking about him. I told them- 'I think he is owner of this mall'. one senior guard replied- 'no, he is a make up artist. He always live nearby celebrity ladies. That's why his way of walking and talking is like ladies.' Now, I came to know that how make up artist looks like.

Fraud consultancy in Delhi NCR
There are many frauds especially in
placement service in big city like Delhi. One of my new friends, who is in
final year of MBA in NIET College, greater Noida applied for job on shine.com.
He received a call for interview. When he reached there, he found that it was a
consultancy office. He gave interview and has to give Rs.1500 for job in Noida.
After give money he didn't receive any call for interview in company, he didn't get any job and he lost his money. He called in that consultancy to get his
money, but they started to make excuses. They took his account number to
transfer his money, but they didn't transfer. He called several times but they
made excuses every time. When he became my friend a week ago, he shared this
story to me. Yesterday, we both went at that office. When we reached there we had
to face some difficulties to find out office; because there were 4-5 offices
and all were looking the same and there were no any board and sign of any company.
When we entered into the office we didn't find any owner or head of that
consultancy, only a girl was present there. She asked us to seat and wait. We saw
a board of that company on a wall near HR cabin on which the name and address
of that company was changed, but office was same. A few minutes later that girl
came and asked to write a letter to return money. My friend wrote a letter and
that girl wrote her mobile number on that paper and gave date of 18.04.2015. She
also told that if you will not get your money on given date you will call to
me. When we were coming out from office we saw that a boy and a girl was giving
interview. We also saw that a boy seated outside and looking angry. When we reached
at road, I told to my friend- ‘this company is fraud, owner and all employees
are fraud, and even everything is fraud here. You wait till 18.04.2015, if they
will not return your money, then we will take action.’ Now he is working with
me in my company and he is more happy, relaxed and comfortable. There are many fraud companies like it. It is only one example, and I have many examples. So, don't believe immediately or go for interview and lost your money and valuable time. firstly you try to know about that consultancy then go for interview. I also run a job consultancy and send candidate for interview, but I don't charge anything before or after interview.

A few days ago, I went to the library to meet someone. when I reached there, three people were already present. I seated on chair and started to talk to librarians about magazines, books, colleges, management students and ways of running a management college. We also talked about my first book My First Step Towards Success. A few minutes later, a senior and experienced faculty of college entered into the library, seated in front of me and joined us. He shared his feelings, experiences and knowledge from which I learnt many things about how to run a big college in a big city like Delhi. He asked me about admission because I am a consultant also. I shared my experiences, choices of students, criteria to choose good college, willingness of students, way of getting information, reasons of negative response etc. During sharing these things in front of senior people I was feeling confidence because I have talked more than 1000 students within 1.5 months. The faculty and librarians were listening to me very carefully, because it was updated information about choices and willingness of students who are going to do management course. It gave me more confidence and motivation to do work, because these are the results of work.

What is BPO and KPO?
What is BPO?
Business Process Outsourcing or BPO is outsourcing of some of the business
functions to a third party in order to save money. It usually consists of the
back office or front office operations. While front office services are related
to client interaction and customer support, back office services are related to
finance and HR. If outsourcing is done to a company situated outside the parent
company's country, it is known as offshore outsourcing.
What is KPO?
Knowledge Process Outsourcing or KPO is a subset of BPO. KPO involves
outsourcing of core functions which may or may not give cost benefit to the
parent company but surely helps in value addition. The processes which are outsourced
to KPOs are usually more specialized and knowledge based as compared to BPOs.
Services included in KPO are related to R&D, Capital and insurance market
services, legal services, biotechnology, animation and design, etc. are the
usual activities that are outsourced to KPOs. LPO or Legal Process Outsourcing
is special type of KPO dealing with legal services.

Interview questions
What are
common interview questions?
Interviews
enable prospective employers to gather more information about applicants and
build upon questions already put in application forms; they are also for prospective
employers to check that what has been written in CVs and application forms is
real.
To
anticipate what form the questions might take, put yourself in the role of the
employer and consider what you would like to know.
Questions
are likely to cover:
· educational achievements;
· work experience;
· personal skills, such as leadership, teamwork;
· personal goals;
· understanding of the role;
· strengths;
· Weaknesses.
They
might be put as:
· What made you decide to study at university x?
· What did you find challenging about working as an x?
· Give us an example of how you worked effectively in a team.
· Where do you see yourself in five years' time?
· What would you bring to the role of x?
· Tell us about your proudest achievement.
· Do you envisage any difficulties in carrying out this role?
Don't
assume that the interviewer has read your application carefully (there may have
been many). Prepare your responses as if the interviewer knows little about
you, but be prepared to justify anything you have put in your application.

DOING BUSINESS IS NOT TOO EASY
Doing any business is not too easy in this competitive market. There are many small and big competitors around us. All are trying to be no.1 in their field. So, they focus on their quality and services of their products and try to give best services. They always also try to make maximum profit by giving good quality and services. They reach at customers easily through TV, radio, newspaper, magazine, social media, internet, etc. They never want that any another new competitor come at their market and compete with them. They give their best to be no.1. If you are starting new business in any field, you need to know about your competitor that what and how they give services to their customers. You need to find out what, when, why, and how customers want any product or services. You need to make product or give services according to target customers. You need to proof yourself in the market so that customers can come to you. You also need to focus on quality of your products and services in different way. Advertising is necessary but quality is more important. You can attract customers by giving attractive advertisement, but you can’t make more profit in long run if you are not giving good quality. You need to find out the way through which you can establish yourself in the market. You need to do more labor and give more time than others, so that you can make your own brand.
